主动共振式消声器的性能优化研究

摘要 以一种基于弹簧-质量系统的主动共振式消声器为研究对象,通过引入相位滞后补偿环节实现控制回路的改进,根据给定消声性能指标确定补偿环节参数并编写了用于确定参数的程序。以方形截面管道模型为例,在将系统的自激啸叫限制在6 dB前提下,利用上述方法对控制回路进行改进后,理论上至少可以使管道下游30~1000 Hz频段的平均消声量由1.7 dB增至3.0 dB,这表明,只需在回路中添加一个低阶滤波器即可改善系统消声性能。 In this paper,an active resonance muffler based on a spring-mass system is investigated.Goal is to modify the control loop using a phase-lag compensation so as to improve the attenuation performance.A program scheme for the determination of the corresponding parameters is proposed in line with the desired performance criteria.Taking the duct model with rectangular cross-section used in this study as an example,with the constraint of limiting the howling of the system to 6 dB,the average attenuation downstream of the duct over a frequency range of 30~1000 Hz can be improved from 1.7 dB to 3.0 dB by modifying the control loop with the method,which indicates that the system attenuation performance can be improved by adding a low-order filter to the loop.
