摘要
疲劳断裂在铝合金构件中发生的概率非常大,是其发生断裂的主要形式。目前铝合金材料被广泛用于制造业,如高速列车制造等,但同时由于铝合金本身存在的疲劳失效问题导致其应用受限,因此解决铝合金的疲劳失效问题对制造业的轻量化目标有重大意义。本文在6082-T6铝合金基本力学性能试验的基础上研究了在不同置信度和存活率下,横向轧制的6082-T6铝合金板材的疲劳性能。结果显示,置信度50%、存活率50%时,6082-T6铝合金的疲劳强度是161.67 MPa;置信度90%、存活率90%时,6082-T6铝合金的疲劳强度是151.55 MPa;置信度95%、存活率95%时,6082-T6铝合金的疲劳强度是146.63 MPa。制作三种置信度和存活率下的S-N曲线,为预测6082-T6铝合金的疲劳性能提供数据支持。
The probability of fatigue fracture occurring in aluminum alloy components is very high,which is the main form of fracture.In today's world,aluminum alloy materials are widely used in manufacturing,such as high-speed train manufacturing,but at the same time,due to these problems of aluminum alloy itself,the application is limited,so the solution to the fatigue failure of aluminum alloys is the goal of lightweight manufacturing.Of significance,the fatigue properties of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy sheet rolled transversely under different confidence level and probability of failure were studied.The result shows that,the fatigue strength y(50,50) of 6082-T6 is 161.67 MPa;the fatigue strength y(90,90) is 151.55 MPa;and the fatigue strength y(95,95) of 6082-T6 is 146.63 MPa.Besides,The S-N curves under three different confidence level and probability of failure were made to provide data support for predicting fatigue properties of 6082-T6 aluminum all.
