维氏气单胞菌分离鉴定及对杀菌剂的敏感性 被引量:2

摘要 从患病的鲤鱼体内分离出一株致病菌S-1,通过16S rRNA测序分析及系统进化树构建等综合鉴定该菌为维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)。序列分析结果显示,该菌株与维氏气单胞菌的亲缘关系最近,相似率达到99.8%。该菌株对氯霉素、庆大霉素、四环素、头孢氨苄、头孢哌酮、头孢曲松、头孢唑林、头孢他啶、头孢呋辛、米诺环素、氧氟沙星、哌拉西林、丁胺卡那、复方新诺明等抗生素高度敏感,对诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、羧苄西林、痢特灵、多粘菌素B、卡那霉素、苯唑西林、万古霉素、克林霉素、氨苄西林、青霉素等药物具有耐药性。该研究对防治由维氏气单胞菌引起的水产养殖动物疾病有积极意义。 A pathogenic bacterium S-1 was isolated from the diseased carp,and it was comprehensively identified as Aeromonas veronii through 16S rRNA sequencing analysis and phylogenetic tree construction.Sequence analysis showed that this strain had the closest genetic relationship with A.veronii,with a similarity rate of 99.8%.This strain was highly sensitive to chloramphenicol,gentamycin,tetracycline,cephalexin,cefoperazone,ceftriaxone,cefazolin,ceftazidime,cefuroxime,minocycline,ofloxacin,piperacillin,tetracycline Amikacin,cotrimoxazole and other antibiotics,and was resistant to norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,carbenicillin,furazolidin,polymyxin B,kanamycin,oxacillin,vancomycin,Clindamycin,Ampicillin,Penicillin,and so on.This research is of positive significance for the prevention and treatment of aquaculture animal diseases caused by A.veronii.
