新冠疫情常态化防控期精神科医务人员睡眠情况调查及其影响因素分析

Sleep Quality of Psychiatric Medical Staff during Normalized Phase of COVID-19 Prevention and Control and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态化防控期,精神科医护人员睡眠状况及其影响因素。方法:选取228例精神科医护人员,采用一般情况调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行调查,使用非条件二分类Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果:228例医护人员中,睡眠质量问题发生率为40.35%,焦虑发生率为9.21%,抑郁发生率为25.88%;SDS、SAS评分、PQSI各因子评分和总分与全国常模相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,PSQI总分与SAS、SDS得分、性别、受教育程度呈正相关,与婚姻状况、家庭经济情况、身体健康情况呈负相关;Logistic回归分析结果显示女性(OR=2.532,95%CI 1.226~5.227)、焦虑情绪(OR=3.753,95%CI 1.073~13.131)和抑郁情绪(OR=2.290,95%CI 1.126~4.659)可能是睡眠问题的危险因素。结论:精神科医护人员在COVID-19常态化防控期的可能存在睡眠问题,且与性别、SAS和SDS严重程度有关。

Objective:To understand sleep quality of psychiatric medical staff and its influencing factors in normalized prevention and control period of COVID-19.Methods:A total of 228 psychiatric medical staff were enrolled and evaluated by the General Situation Questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI),Depression Self-Assessment Scale(SDS),and Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale(SAS).The influencing factors were analyzed using unconditional binary logistic regression.Results:Among the 228 psychiatric medical staff,the incidence of sleep quality impairment was 40.35%,that of anxiety was 9.21%,and that of depression was 25.88%.The SDS score,SAS score,and PQSI factor scores and total scores of the subjects showed a statistically significant difference compared to the national normal model(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that PSQI total scores were positively related to SAS and SDS scores,gender,and education and were negatively related to marital status,family economic status,and health.Logistic regression analysis showed that female gender(OR=2.532,95%CI:1.226~5.227),anxiety(OR=3.753,95%CI:1.073~13.131),and depression(OR=2.290,95%CI:1.126~4.659)may be risk factors for sleep problems.Conclusion:Psychiatric medical staff may experience sleep problems during the normalized COVID-19 prevention and control periods,and this is related to gender and SAS and SDS severity.
