摘要
随着国有企业混合所有制改革的逐渐展开,国企下属职成院校同样面临改革和发展的新局面。职成院校在保留传统优势和资源的前提下,应从提高治理效率、切合发展实际、优化治理结构、强化激励制度等方面去找到新的思路,在今后的发展中从品牌效应、师资建设、科研创新等方面继续深化改革,在实践中走出一条属于自己的道路。
Along with the gradual spread of Mixed ownership reform of State-owned enterprises,the vocational education colleges for adults subordinated to State-owned enterprises are facing with the new situation of reform and development as well.In the premise of maintaining traditional advantages and resources,the new ideas should be sought by thevocational colleges for adult with respect to improving managing efficiency,integrating with actual development,optimizing managing structure and consolidating the incentive system.In thedevelopment in future,a new road shall be explored and formed based on the continuous deep reform in reputation effect,construction of teacher’s team and scientific research innovations.
