Research on Deep Integrated Development of School-Enterprise Based on Theory of Talent Supplying Chain

首先从人才供应链理论阐述了校企深度融合的概念,并在此基础上对传统校企合作与校企深度融合进行了比较分析,最后提出了基于人才供应链的校企深度融合的四个维度。

It expounded,at first,the concept of deep integration of school-enterprise from the theory of talent supplying chain.Then,based on it the comparing analysis has been made on traditional school-enterprise cooperation and the school-enterprises deep integration.Finally,it proposed the four dimensions of deep integration of school-enterprise based on talent supplying chain.
