立德树人视域下校企双元文化育人的路径探析

Exploration on Ways of Talent Cultivation under Double-Culture in View of Moral Education

高职学院,需要培养的是高素质技术技能人才。作为高职思政工作者要把“立德”放在“树人”前面,将“立德”作为开展思政教育的全过程,结合高职院校校企合作、产教融合的宗旨要求,充分利用校企双重文化做好高职学生思想政治工作,完成立德树人根本任务。通过重视校园文化建设与创新、增强校园文化和企业文化的融合与衔接、利用校企双重文化加强立德树人教育的途径,引导高职学生树立正确的价值观,提升个人品德和工作素养,为学生走向企业工作奠定良好基础,使之真正成为德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技术技能人才,乃至成为优秀的大国工匠。

The object of cultivation in higher vocational education colleges is the high quality technical and skilled talents.As the persons engaged in ideological and political education in higher vocational education colleges,moral education shall be placed beforethe cultivation and the moral education shall be carried out throughout the whole course of ideological and political education.According to the requirements of school-enterprise cooperation and integrated production with teaching,the ideological and political works on thestudents in higher vocational education colleges shall be carried out satisfactorily to realize the fundamental task of moral education by taking full advantage of double cultures,i.e.school culture and enterprise culture.Through attaching importance to the construction and innovation of campus culture,to strengthen the integration and interfacing of campus culture and enterprise culture and by utilizing the double culture of school and enterprise,to consolidate the ways of moral education and guide the students in creating the correct value,raising individual morality and working accomplishment,which will place a good foundation for students entering into enterprise in future as a high quality technical and skilled talents even as excellent artisans of great Nation with all around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education.
