摘要
以家电企业为背景,研究从数据获取到数据分析、结果应用的全过程,提出基于大数据的用户需求分析方法。首先从用户生成内容(User Generated Content,UGC)网站获取用户评论、意见等用户需求大数据;其次采用词频统计、基于TF-IDF方法的特征权重分配、基于词共现模型的特征关系提取方法,对数据进行处理,去粗取精,并对数据关系进行梳理;然后将经过有序化处理的用户需求数据存储在Neo4j图数据库中,并建立知识图谱;最后在知识图谱的基础上开展社会网络分析、用户需求可视化分析,进行用户需求重要度的排名,并开展质量功能配置(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)分析,确定产品技术特征优先级。研究结果表明,所提出的方法有助于企业快速、低成本地获得比较精准的用户需求信息。
It is very important for enterprises to quickly and accurately understand and meet the user s demand to improve the market competitiveness.This paper studies the whole process from data mining to data analysis based on the background of home appliance enterprises.First,the demand are obtained from User Generated Content with big data such as user comments and opinions;then the data relations are sorted out using word frequency statistics,feature weight distribution based on TF-IDF method,feature relationship extraction based on word co-occurrence model;and the ordered user s demand data is stored in Neo4j graph database to build the knowledge map;social network analysis and user demand visualization analysis are carried out to rank the importance of user demand;quality function deployment analysis is carried out to determine the priority of product technical features.The research results and cases show that this method is helpful for enterprises to obtain accurate user demand information quickly and cheaply.
