基于故障树分析法对角速度工况板进行的故障诊断

摘要 采用故障树分析法,对角速度工况板的目标角速度电路故障进行了诊断分析。从目标角速度电路故障树的构建、各中间事件的建立和各底事件故障概率计算等方面,分析了引起角速度工况板的目标角速度电路故障的各种因素,发现目标角速度电路故障中水平信号失准(Horizontal Alignment Specify Object HASO)故障概率约为高低信号失准(Vertical Alignment Specify Object,VASO)故障概率的1.7倍。按照故障发生可能性越大诊断优先级越高的顺序,依次对各中间事件和底事件进行诊断维修,在实践中大幅度减少了故障诊断的复杂程度,解决了角速度工况板发生目标角速度电路故障后只能报废换板的问题,降低了60%以上的维修费用。 Using fault tree analysis method,the fault of the target angular speed circuit of the angular speed condition plate is diagnosed and analyzed.Based on the construction of the fault tree of the target angle speed circuit,the establishment of the intermediate events and the calculation of the probability of failure of each bottom event,the factors causing the fault of the target angle speed circuit of the angle speed condition plate are analyzed,and it is found that the probability of HASO signal failure in the fault of the target angle speed circuit is about 1.7 times that of the VASO signal failure.Taking the higher the diagnostic priority of the possibility of fault occurring,the higher the order of diagnosis and maintenance of each intermediate event and bottom event in turn,in practice,greatly reduces the complexity of fault diagnosis,solves the problem that the angle speed condition plate can only scrap the change plate after the target angle speed circuit fault,and reduces the cost of more than 60%.
