摘要
建立了一种GC-MS内标法同时测定工业己烷中正己烷、苯等12种常见化合物的检测方法,以丙酮为内标物,采用HP-PONA色谱柱进行分离。实验结果表明,化合物标准曲线在其各自浓度范围内相关系数均大于0.9991,线性良好,RSD为0.26%~2.62%(n=6),回收率98.12%~108.53%,方法操作简单、快速准确,完全符合实际检测的需要。
A GC-MS internal standard method was established for the simμLtaneous determination of n-hexane and its 10 isomers and benzene.Acetone was used as the internal standard and separated by HP-PONA chromatography column.The experimental resμLts show that the correlation coefficients of the target compound standard curves in their respective concentration ranges are greater than 0.9911,and the linearity is good,the RSD is 0.26%~2.62%(n=6),the recovery rate is 98.12%~108.53%,the method is simple,fast and accurate,fμLly in line with the needs of actual testing.
