摘要
带式输送机是矿井主要运输设备,其运行效果直接关系到矿井的经济效益。通过对输送带的黏弹性特性及落料冲击大的影响,造成设备启动和运行难以同步运行的难题。提出了一种多电机协调控制技术,以提升带式输送机运行的稳定性。
Belt conveyor is the main transport equipment in the mine,its operation effect is directly related to the economic benefits of the mine.Through the impact on the viscoelastic properties and blanking impact of conveyor belt,it is difficult to synchronize the start-up and operation of the equipment.A multi motor coordinated control technology is proposed to improve the stability of belt conveyor.
