浅析长距离深坑顶管穿越高速设计及施工的关键控制要素

摘要 顶管施工是天然气管道穿越在役高速公路行之有效的施工方法,对于大管径、长距离、深基坑的顶管穿越,实际穿越质量会受到诸多因素的影响。本文结合长距离深基坑顶管穿越G40沪陕高速的成功案例,总结了其穿越方案设计,穿越施工的沉井制作、顶管顶进和对沪陕高速保护各个环节的关键控制要素,分别结合工程项目的特点及敏感点说明对应的技术措施,为今后类似的长距离深基坑穿越项目实践提供参考。 Pipe jacking is an effective construction method for a natural gas pipeline to cross an in-service highway.The actual crossing quality will be affected by many factors.This paper combines the successful cases of long-distance deep foundation pit jacking through the G40 Shanghai-Shanxi Expressway,and summarizes the design of its crossing scheme,the manufacture of the sinking well through the construction,the jacking of the jacking pipe,and the key control elements for the protection of the Shanghai-Shanxi Expressway.Combining the characteristics and sensitive points of the project,the corresponding technical measures are explained to provide a reference for the practice of similar long-distance deep foundation pit crossing projects in the future.
