摘要
海底管道的油品性质和管道周围介质的总传热系数是计算沿程温降的重要参数,它会影响整个管道设计及运行方案的确定。总传热系数可以采取理论计算或根据经验数据来确定。对于渤海项目输送介质大多为油水、稠油,海底管道周围的环境温度较低,输送距离较近。
The oil properties of submarine pipeline and the total heat transfer coefficient of medium around the pipeline are important parameters to calculate the temperature drop along the pipeline,which will affect the design and operation scheme of the whole pipeline.The total heat transfer coefficient can be determined by theoretical calculation or empirical data.For the Bohai project,the transportation medium is mostly oil-water and heavy oil.The environment temperature around the submarine pipeline is low and the transportation distance is close.
