摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在中医学中属于“疫病”范畴,中医学在疫病防治方面具有完备的理论体系。在疫病的治疗实践领域,中医药发挥了重要作用。据医史记载,从炎黄时期开始,辛味芳香类中药就被广泛用于民间防疫、避秽和治疗疾病等。在COVID-19的防治中,中医药发挥了巨大的作用,特别是芳香化湿类中药倍受重视,众多中医名家在相关推荐方剂中广泛使用该类中药。其中,广藿香作为常用的化湿药,在COVID-19防治中使用频率较高。本文基于中医古籍文献、现代药理学及中医临床研究,对中药广藿香进行全面的梳理分析,探讨其应用于疫病防治的理论及临床依据,为中医药抗击疫情提供参考。
COVID-19 belongs to the category of“epidemic disease”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and TCM has a complete theoretical system in the field of epidemic prevention and treatment.TCM plays an important role in the treatment of epidemic diseases.According to historical records,from the beginning of the Yan and Huang period,the spicy aromatic Chinese medicine was widely used in many fields such as epidemic prevention,disease prevention and treatment.In the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,TCM has played an essential role,especially aromatic moist Chinese medicine,which is widely used by many famous Chinese medicine practitioners in relevant recommended prescriptions.Patchouli,as a commonly used dampness medicine,is used frequently in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Based on the ancient Chinese medicine literature,modern pharmacology and clinical research of TCM,this paper comprehensively analyzes the TCM patchouli and reviews the theoretical and clinical basis of the application in the field of disease prevention and control,so as to provide reference for TCM epidemic prevention and treatment.
