摘要
高速铁路1000 t/40 m简支箱梁的成功研制不仅有效节省了工程造价,同时进一步提升了我国高铁建设水平。为形成高铁40 m梁成套建造技术,设计人员同步开展了40 m梁提运架施工装备的研制,其中上导梁式运架一体机已于近期率先在福厦高铁完成首架。采用静力学手算与MIADS仿真软件结合的方式,通过对高速铁路1000 t/40 m简支箱梁运架一体机主要荷载及不利工况进行系统分析,完成主梁强度、刚度、稳定性以及拼接处的螺栓等受力计算,确保主梁结构的安全。
With the successful development of the 1000 t/40 m simply-supported box girder for high-speed railways,it not only effectively saves engineering costs,but also further improves our construction level in high-speed railways.In order to form a complete set of 40-m girder-manufacturing construction technology for the 40-m beams,designers simultaneously begin the development of the lifting-transporting-erecting construction equipment,as a result of which the first front-guide-beam-type transporting-erecrcting integrated machine is successfully deveveloped and applied to the first erection of the Fuzhou-Xiamen High-Speed Railway.By systematically analyzing the main load and adverse working conditions of the transporting-erecting integrated machine for high-speed railways,the strength,stiffness,and stability of the main beam,and the force calculation for bolts at the joints are carried out by means of manual calculations aided by the simulatoon software of MIADS to ensure the safety of the main beam structure.
