摘要
为提高电机转速测量仪的测量精度,解决传统测量仪校准方法中校准效果不明显的问题,提出基于FPGA的电机转速测量仪实时校准方法。利用电机转速的监测电路,实时收集电机转速信号,并以此作为电机转速的实际值。根据测量仪的测量原理,得出电机转速的测量值。分析测量仪的测量误差,并结合实际值与测量值之间的差值确定测量仪的实时校准值。在FPGA技术下,设计并安装校准滤波装置,将实时校准值的计算结果代入其中,实现对电机转速测量仪的实时校准处理。经对比,应用设计的校准方法得出的电机转速测量结果更加接近于设置的转速值,即设计的实时校准方法在校准效果方面更加具有优势。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of motor speed measuring instrument and solve the problem that the calibration effect is not obvious in the traditional calibration method,a real-time calibration method of motor speed measurement instrument based on FPGA is proposed.By using the motor speed monitoring circuit,the motor speed signal is collected in real time,which is taken as the actual value of motor speed.According to the measuring principle of the measuring instrument,the measured value of the motor speed is obtained.The measurement error of the measuring instrument is analyzed,and the real-time calibration value of the measuring instrument is determined according to the difference between the actual value and the measured value.In FPGA technology,the calibration filter device is designed and installed,and the calculation results of real-time calibration value are substituted into it to realize the real-time calibration processing of motor speed measuring instrument.By comparison,the motor speed measurement results obtained by the designed calibration method are closer to the set speed value,that is,the designed real-time calibration method has more advantages in the calibration effect.
