津力达颗粒联合通心络胶囊辅治糖尿病肾病效果及对其微炎症状态、肾功能保护作用

Effect of Jinlida Granule Combined with Tongxinluo Capsule on Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Protective Effect on Micro Inflammatory State and Renal Function

目的探讨津力达颗粒联合通心络胶囊辅治糖尿病肾病效果及对其微炎症状态、肾功能保护作用。方法选取糖尿病肾病128例,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组两组各64例。观察组在糖尿病综合治疗基础上予厄贝沙坦、津力达颗粒联合通心络胶囊治疗,对照组在糖尿病综合治疗基础上予厄贝沙坦治疗。观察比较两组治疗后临床效果,治疗前后血清炎性因子、血糖指标和肾功能指标水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.75%高于对照组总有效率70.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组血清炎性因子、血糖指标和肾功能指标水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血清炎性因子、血糖指标和肾功能指标水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应均较轻微,未予特殊处理自然缓解,未影响后续治疗。结论津力达颗粒联合通心络胶囊辅治糖尿病肾病可提高临床效果,利于控制血糖水平,降低机体微炎症状态,保护肾脏功能,且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jinlida granule combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)and its protective effect on micro inflammatory state and renal function.Methods A total of 128 cases of DN were selected and divided into observation group(n=64)and control group(n=64)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was given Irbesartan,Jinlida granules combined with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of comprehensive treatment of diabetes,while the control group was given Irbesartan on the basis of comprehensive treatment of diabetes.The clinical effect after treatment,serum inflammatory factors,blood glucose and renal function indexes before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.31%)(P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factor,blood glucose index and renal function index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors,blood glucose and renal function indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were mild,without special treatment and natural remission,which did not affect the follow-up treatment.Conclusion Jinlida granule combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of DN can improve the clinical effect,help to control blood glucose level,reduce micro inflammation of the body,and protect renal function,and has good safety.
