为落实国家高质量发展需求,提升建筑行业施工的质量标准,拟应用建筑劳务实名制平台,以项目为单位对工人建档立卡。对参与工程建设的专业工种、特种作业工人采取质量考核计分制。由一线管理人员多方面、多项目对工人进行综合打分评判,筛选出优秀的劳动工人和管理人员进入本企业施工。通过设定规范完善的评价准入制度,能够提高企业的施工质量水平,降低企业的管理成本,达到提质增效的目的。

In order to im plement the national high-quality develop ment dem a nd a nd im prove the construction quality standard of the construction industry,based on the project unit,it is proposed to apply the worker’s real-name system platform of construction labor to file and establish cards for workers.The quality assessment and scoring system shall be adopted for the professional types of work and special operation workers participating in the project construction.The front-line management personnel conduct comprehensive scoring and evaluation on workers in various aspects and projects,and select excellent labor workers and management personnel to enter the construction of the enterprise.Through the establishment of standard and perfect evaluation access system,the construction quality level of enterprises can be improved,the management cost of enterprises can be reduced,and the purpose of improving quality and efficiency can be achieved.
