试论规范建设工程资料管理促进工程质量监管

Discussion on Regulating the Construction Project Information Management to Promote Project Quality Supervision and Management

随着工程建设领域标准体制改革的发展,工程资料作为体现工程标准化水平的重要载体,其作用和重要性日益突出,规范和加强工程资料管理势在必行。笔者结合工程质量监督工作实践经验,分析当前建设工程资料管理中存在的问题,提出规范和加强工程资料管理的措施和对策,以期使建设工程资料更好地发挥在工程质量管理和监督方面的作用。

With the development of construction projects’standard system reform,as a vital indicator of the level of construction projects,the projects information is increasingly playing an important role.It is imperative to regulate and strengthen the management of projects information.Integrating practical experience of construction projects quality supervision and management,the author analyzes the existing problems in the current construction projects information management and provides solutions,in order to enable the construction projects information better contribute to the construction quality supervision and management.
