在使用JGJ 125-2016《危险房屋鉴定标准》进行房屋危险性鉴定时,按照危险构件影响范围直接评定和按照危险构件综合比例进行评定,可能会得出不同的鉴定结论,建议计算危险构件综合比例时,将本层受竖向危险构件影响的水平构件纳入影响范围,这样可与直接评定法基本统一,也可减少漏判的发生。

In use of JGJ 125-2016“Standard of Dangerous Buildings Appraisal”,when conducting the house dangerous appraisal,different identification conclusions may be drawn according to the direct assessment of the influence scope of the dangerous components and the comprehensive proportion of the dangerous components;it is suggested that when calculating the comprehensive proportion of the dangerous components,the horizontal components of this floor affected by the vertical dangerous components shall be included in the influence scope,which can be basically unified with the direct assessment method,and can also reduce the missed assessment happen.
