叠合板吊装与梁钢筋绑扎施工技术的探讨

摘要 随着我国社会近年的不断发展进步,国内住宅产业化的呼声越来越高。叠合板作为一种先进的楼板形式,属于住宅产业化的范畴,在当今住宅建设中被广泛应用。但叠合板施工工艺作为新兴的绿色环保节能型建筑新技术,在实际施工中存在些许不足,如叠合板侧面锚固筋和梁钢筋相冲突,导致节点施工质量难以保证。本文根据具体工程实例,针对叠合板吊装和梁钢筋绑扎施工进行研究,很好地解决了叠合板锚固筋和梁钢筋相冲突的问题,提高了叠合板和梁的节点连接质量,供类似工程参考。 With the continuous development and progress of our society in recent years,the appeal of domestic housing industrialization is increasingly high.As an advanced form of floor slab,laminated slab belongs to the category of housing industrialization and has been widely used in housing construction.But superimposed slab construction technology as an emerging new technology of green environmental protection energy-saving building,also some deficiencies in actual construction,to guarantee the construction quality in this paper,according to an engineering example,according to the lifting and superimposed slab beam reinforcement assembling construction is studied,and a good solution to the composite plate anchorage reinforcement and upper beam reinforced conflict problems,improve the quality of the composite plate and beam node connection,reference for similar projects.
