This paper analyzed of precast concrete external wall components in the mold in the process of production load,separately precast concrete external wall components and the structure of the mould and force analysis;summarized and put forward the mold strength and stiffness calculation formula,mold design material selection for precast concrete components and provide theoretical basis for the value of various size parameters.
