中高职与本科分段培养项目的现状、问题与对策——以江苏省为例

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Segmented Training Project between Secondary Vocational Education and Undergraduate Education:A Case Study

对江苏省自2012年起实施的现代职教体系中高职与本科分段培养试点项目取得的成效进行了概括总结:现代职教体系建设机制不断完善、中高职与本科衔接的课程体系实现一体化重构、转段考核方案设计渐趋合理、职业教育吸引力显著增强。提出了分段培养项目实施过程中存在的问题并做了原因分析,从完善顶层设计、推进协同育人、强化过程监控、实施分型培养、扩大本科层次职业教育试点、创新职教教师教育等方面提出了相应的对策与建议。

This paper summarizes the achievements of the pilot projects of higher vocational and undergraduate education in Jiangsu Province since 2012.The construction mechanism of modern vocational education system is constantly improved,the curriculum system connecting secondary vocational education and undergraduate education is reconstructed in an integrated way,the design of transition assessment scheme is becoming more reasonable,and the attraction of vocational education is significantly enhanced.This paper puts forward the problems existing in the implementation process of the segmented training projects and analyzes the causes.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving the top-level design,promoting collaborative education,strengthening process monitoring,implementing classified training,expanding the vocational education pilot projects at the undergraduate level,and innovating the vocational teacher education.
