This paperuses the teaching mode ofproductivity-oriented simulated kitchen to carry out teaching research,and discusses the training objectives based on the achievement of education and the construction of simulated kitchen teaching mode.This paper explores the modern apprenticeship,the development of integrated chain curriculum system,the operation mechanism of simulated kitchen teaching mode and the evaluation system of continuous follow-ups.It analyzes the connection of majors and industries,the connection of curriculum standards and professional standards,and the connection of teaching and production processes from multiple aspects and dimensions.
