摘要
目前常用的脱除铅烟方法是布袋+水洗,最佳工况条件下处理后的烟气颗粒物含量可以达到1~2 mg/m^3,需要布袋+(4~8)级水洗才能达标排放,实现经济、节能、稳定达标运行存在困难。针对此问题,多家企业联合开发出中空纤维膜铅烟超纯净处理装置,此装置采用空气净化专用PDFE中空纤维膜膜丝作为滤芯材料,可有效过滤粒径分布峰值在0.1μm范围内的颗粒,处理后的铅烟大于等于2.5μm的颗粒物含量小于1μg/m^3,大于0.3μm的粒子数平均为4 000粒/L。同等风压和流量条件下,其处理效果是覆膜布袋的1 000~5 000倍以上,体积是布袋的1/5,且性能稳定可靠。这项较为彻底的脱尘技术能够实现对高污染、高价值、超细粉尘的痕量化处理和彻底回收,将来有望普及成为一种常规粉尘处理装置。
At present,the commonly used method for purifying lead-containing smoke is cloth bag+water washing.The particles content of flue gas after treatment under the best working conditions can reach 1~2 mg/m^3,and cloth bag+(4~8)grades water washing is required to meet the discharge standard,and it is difficulty in achieving economy,energy saving,and stable compliance with standards.Aiming at this problem,a number of companies jointly developed a hollow fiber membrane ultra-pure treatment device for lead-containing smoke.This device uses the special PDFE hollow fiber membrane filament for air purification as the filter material,which can effectively filter particles with a peak particle size distribution in the range of 0.1μm.The processed lead-containing smoke contain particle content of particle size greater than or equal to 2.5μm less than 1μg/m^3,and the average number of particles of particle size greater than 0.3μm is 4000 particles/L.Under the same air pressure and flow conditions,the processed effect is more than 1000~5000 times that of the coated cloth bag,the volume is one-fifth of the cloth bag,and the performance is stable and reliable.This more thorough dust removal technology can realize the trace quantification treatment and thorough recovery of high-polluting,high-value,ultra-fine dust,and is expected to be popularized as a conventional dust treatment method in the future.
