摘要
金冠铜业是国内首家采用机器人高速剥片机组进行辅助生产的企业,采用初期,由于机组配套资料缺乏实践运行经验,投入生产运行后,机组工作性能稳定性差,综合效率相比设计指标还有较大差距。针对此问题,公司课题组将剥片机组细分为28个单元,对2541次故障进行了系统分析与研究,并在此基础上,从机组设备、物料工艺和设备维保制度等方面进行了优化改进。此次改进完成后,高速剥片机组综合速度超过600片/h,故障率大幅下降,有效保障了机组稳定运行。
Golden Crown Copper Co.Ltd.is the first domestic company to use a imported High-speed robot stripping machine for auxiliary production.Due to the lack of practical operating experience in the supporting materials of the machine,the stability of the machine’s working performance is poor after it is put into production and operation,and the overall efficiency is still far behind the design norm.In response to this problem,the company subdivided the stripping machine into 28 units,and carried out a systematic analysis and research on 2541 failures.On this basis,the company optimized and improved the unit equipment,material technology and equipment maintenance management system.After the completion of this improvement,the comprehensive speed of the stripping machine exceeded 600 pieces/h,and the failure rate was greatly reduced,effectively ensuring the stable operation of the stripping unit.
