数字化盘点系统在铜冶炼厂的应用 被引量:3

摘要 物料盘点是金属平衡管理中的一项关键工作,对生产具有重要意义。谦比希铜冶炼厂原采用皮尺测量的盘点方法进行物料盘点,存在费时、费力和误差大等问题。公司借鉴国内电厂盘点燃煤库存的方法,投入了固定式盘点系统和无人机盘点系统,分别用于精矿仓和露天堆场物料盘点。通过试用对比,这两个数字化盘点系统具有盘点结果误差小、盘点过程自动化程度高、盘点效率高等诸多优点。 Material inventory in copper smelter is a key task in metal balance management,which is an important support to production.Chambishi Copper Smelter originally used the tape measure method for material inventory,which has shortcomings such as time-consuming,labor-intensive and large errors.The company learned from the method of igniting coal inventory in domestic power plants,and invested in a fixed inventory system and an unmanned aerial vehicle inventory system,which were used for the in-warehouse concentrate and open-air concentrate.Through trial comparison,these two digital inventory systems have many advantages such as a minimal inventory result error,a high degree of automation in the inventory process,and high inventory efficiency.
