摘要
高职院校的现代治理强调治理主体的多元化、治理能力的现代化,治理主体共同探讨"办什么样的学、培养什么样的人"。从现代治理的角度,高职院校课程思政实施路径从治理主体出发,围绕教师、思政工作者、行政管理者、教辅人员、科研人员、企业导师等群体构建与其相匹配的全员、全过程、全方位育人新格局,推动高职课程思政建设工作取得实质性成效。
The modern governance of higher vocational colleges emphasizes the diversification of governance subject and the modernization of governance ability. The governance subjects jointly discuss"What kind of college to run and what kind of student to cultivate". From the perspective of modern governance of higher vocational colleges, implementation ways of"course ideology and politics"in curriculum are based on the governance subjects. It is to build the pattern of all staff, the whole process and all-round development which matching around course staff, teachers of ideological and political theory, administrators, teaching assistants, scientific researchers and enterprise tutors, in order to promote the construction of"course ideology and politics"in curriculum of higher vocational colleges and achieve substantial results.
