摘要
高职院校已经逐步将课程思政作为人才培养过程中的重要内容。高职院校要在深刻把握课程思政的含义、理念和价值基础之上,积极推进课程思政创新改革工作。在现代学徒制背景下,高职院校的教学主体、教学对象、教学载体都发生了转变,对高职院校课程思政教育教学提出了新的要求。为切实推动高职院校课程思政建设改革,笔者提出以下建议:坚持顶层设计,部门联动协作;开发思政资源,营造育人氛围;构建评价体系,增强教学实效;深耕企业文化,创新工匠精神。
Higher vocational colleges should take curriculum ideology and politics as an important part of talents education and teaching, and grasp the connotation, background and concept of curriculum ideology and politics. Under the background of modern apprenticeship, the teaching subject, teaching object and teaching carrier of higher vocational colleges have changed, and new requirements have been put forward for the education and teaching of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges. In order to promote the construction and reform of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward the following suggestions: to adhere to the top-level design and the coordination of departments;to develop ideological and political resources and create a nurturing atmosphere;to construct evaluation system and enhance teaching effectiveness;to deeply cultivate enterprise culture and innovate craftsman spirit.
