主政浙江期间,习近平对文艺的本质属性、社会功能、发展规律和党的领导等根本问题作出了阐释,许多观点与后期"文艺工作座谈会"等重要讲话有直接的理论联系,在立场、理念、原则和方法论上是一以贯之的。这一时期是习近平文艺观走向成熟的重要阶段,其思想生成和演进具有清晰的历史逻辑、实践逻辑和价值逻辑,为马克思主义文艺中国化开创了新的发展局面。在习近平文艺重要论述的精神指引下,浙江的创新实践已为新时代中国特色社会主义文艺发展探索出了基本雏形,浙江文艺正努力成为展示中国特色社会主义制度优越性的重要窗口。

During working in Zhejiang province, Xi Jinping explained the essential attributes of literature and art, social functions, laws of development and the leadership of the Party. Many viewpoints are directly related to the important speeches such as the symposium on literature and art work in the later period, and they are consistent in stand, idea, principle and methodology. This period is an important stage for Xi Jinping’s view of literature and art to mature. The generation and evolution of his thought has clear historical logic, practical logic and value logic, which creates a new development situation for the sinicization of Marxist literature and art.Guided by the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on literature and art, Zhejiang’s innovative practice has explored the basic embryonic form for the development of socialist literature and art with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and Zhejiang literature and art is striving to become an important window to show the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
