摘要
为了明确湖北省猪2型链球菌的分布,为猪链球菌病的防控提供依据,从湖北武汉等10个地区的29个县(市、区)的48份发病猪样品中分离出猪链球菌34株,并从中鉴定出猪2型链球菌16株,占全部分离链球菌的47.1%,16株猪2型链球菌分布于10个地区的15个县(市、区)。分离菌株的药敏试验结果显示,16株猪2型链球菌对头孢呋辛、头孢曲松、阿莫西林和氨苄西林100%敏感,对卡那霉素、四环素、阿米卡星、庆大霉素和磺胺异[口恶]唑全部耐药,16株分离菌株耐药全部在7种以上。
In order to investigate the distribution of Streptococcus suis type 2(SS2)in Hubei province and provide the basis for the prevention and control of Streptococcus suis(SS),34 strains of SS were isolated from 48 pig samples in 29 counties(cities and districts)of 10 regions,such as Wuhan,and 16 strains of SS2 were identified,accounting for 47.1%of all the isolated SS.16 strains of SS2 were distributed in 15 counties(cities and districts)in 10 regions.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that 16 strains of SS2 were 100%sensitive to cefuroxime,ceftriaxone,amoxicillin and ampicillin,and all of them were resistant to kanamycin,tetracycline,amikacin,gentamicin and sulfamethoxazole,and all of them were resistant to more than 7 kinds of antimicrobials.
