摘要 高危岗位员工往往面临更严格的安全监管和更严厉的安全处罚,易产生负面情绪,导致高危岗位上的“三违”与人因伤害事故时有发生。本文从内因角度内驱力出发,基于自我决定理论,从工作性质、计件考核、领导管理风格以及员工自身角度分析高危岗位员工安全内驱力缺失的原因,并从激发高危岗位员工安全内驱力角度提出对策,为加强高危岗位员工安全管理提供内因视角。 Employees in high-risk posts are often confronted with stricter external safety supervision and more severe punishment and are easy to be the negative emotions,which makes“Three Violations”and human injury accidents occur from time to time.Based on the theory of self-determination,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of inner impetus in high-risk posts from the aspects of work nature,piece work assessment,leadership management style and employees themselves,and puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of stimulating inner impetus,so as to provide an internal perspective for strengthening safety management of employee in high-risk posts.
