动车组客车车窗玻璃流痕现象情况调查

Investigation on flow marks on window glasses of EMU passenger cars

摘要 通过扫描电镜、耐酸碱模拟实验、耐洗刷模拟实验、拉曼光谱分析等手段,对动车组客车车窗玻璃“流痕”现象进行分析,指出引起动车组客车车窗玻璃流痕现象可能与玻璃本身表面磨损程度、动车组清洗方式及清洗剂残留有关。建议选择符合标准的动车组外皮清洗剂,适当改进清洗工艺,以延缓车窗玻璃的“流痕”现象的发生。 The flow marks on window glasses of EMU passenger cars were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,simulated acid and alkali resistance testing,simulated washing resistance testing,and Raman spectroscopy.It was pointed out that the causes of flow marks were possibly related to the wear of glass surface,the washing method of EMU,and the residue of cleaning agent.It is suggested to select the cleaning agent suitable for the external surface of EMU and improve the cleaning process properly to slow down the appearance of flow marks on window glasses.
