摘要 采用共混法在环氧树脂中引入环氧基低聚倍半硅氧烷(EP-POSS),考察了EP-POSS用量、固化剂种类、固化温度和固化时间对所得改性环氧涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,引入EP-POSS能在一定程度上增大涂膜的水接触角,增强涂膜的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂伸长率和耐冲击性。当加入3%的EP-POSS,在100~120°C固化30 min,所得涂膜的力学性能最好。 The epoxy-based polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(EP-POSS)was introduced into the epoxy resin by blending.The effects of EP-POSS content,curing agent,curing temperature,and curing time on the properties of the modified epoxy coating obtained therefrom were studied.The results showed that the introduction of EP-POSS could increase the water contact angle of the coating to a certain extent,and improve its tensile strength,tensile modulus,elongation at break,and impact resistance.The coating with 3%EP-POSS cured at 100-120°C for 30 min had the best mechanical properties.
