Design and Application of Computer Desktop Code Scanning and Repair Request System Based on QR Code Technology

目的:通过建设电脑桌面扫码报修系统,为医护人员提供快捷、高效的电脑故障报修和运维服务质量监管渠道。方法:综合利用微信小程序、二维码、桌面管理等信息技术,实现医护人员通过微信小程序扫描桌面二维码快速完成故障上报,运维人员通过后台管理系统完成上报故障信息的接单、派单、设备管理、统计分析等。结果:通过电脑桌面扫码报修系统建设,提升了医院电脑故障维修效率,弥补呼叫中心现存的不足。结论:电脑桌面扫码报修系统的投入使用,有效提升了电脑故障解决效率及运维服务质量,优化了医院运维服务流程,满足了医护人员快速报修的需求,提高了医院信息系统的运维能力。

Objective:Through the construction of computer desktop scanning code repair system,to provide medical staff with fast and efficient computer fault repair and operation and maintenance service quality supervision channels.Methods:On the basis of a comprehensive use of information technology,such as WeChat applet,QR code and desktop management,it is realized to make medical staff report faults quickly by means of scanning desktop QR code through WeChat applet,and make operation and maintenance staff complete the work of order taking,order dispatching,equipment management and statistical analysis of reported fault information through back handling system.Results:It increases the maintenance efficiency of computer failure of the hospital and makes up the existing shortage of call center to build the computer repair report system with desktop code scanning.Conclusion:The application of the computer repair report system with desktop code scanning improves the efficiency of computer fault solution and quality of operation and maintenance service effectively,optimizes the operation and maintenance service procedure of the hospital,satisfies the demand of medical staff for quick repair report,improves the operation and maintenance capacity of hospital information system.
