摘要
目的:针对多发性骨髓瘤在非专科极易漏诊或误诊的现象,构建基于AI的智能辅助决策系统,为非专科医生临床诊断提供决策支持。方法:整合医院信息系统中多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床诊疗数据,利用数据挖掘、机器学习等大数据处理技术,结合专家诊疗经验,构建智能化辅助诊断决策平台并应用于临床。结果:该系统的构建使多发性骨髓瘤患者确诊时间明显缩短,平均住院日与费用明显下降。结论:辅助决策支持系统的构建提高了多发性骨髓瘤确诊率。
Objective:To construct an AI based intelligent decision support system for non-specialist doctors to solve the problem of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in non-specialist multiple myeloma.Methods:Integrating the clinical data of multiple myeloma patients in the hospital information system,using data mining,machine learning and other big data processing techniques,combined with expert diagnosis and treatment experience,construction of intelligent decision support system and its application in clinical practice.Results:The system significantly reduced the time to diagnosis,the average length of stay,and the cost of multiple myeloma.Conclusion:The construction of decision support system can improve the rate of multiple myeloma diagnosis.
