创业学习对创业意向的关系研究——基于创业警觉性的中介作用

Research on Relationship between Entrepreneurship Learning and Entrepreneurship Intention:Based on Intermediation of Entrepreneurial Vigilance

摘要 文章基于对西部高校创业现状的观察,并基于认知学习理论与经验学习理论,探究创业警觉性在创业学习对创业意向的影响路径所产生的“桥梁”作用。研究发现:个体通过认知与经验的学习能够显著促进其创业想法的萌生,当个体能够通过学习打破其原有创业框架时其创业意向显著增强,而加强创业信息的挖掘对于创业意向的影响则相对较弱。 Based on the observation of the status quo of entrepreneurship in western universities of china,and on the basis of cognitive learning theory and empirical learning theory,this paper explores the role of entrepreneurial vigilance in the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention.The study found that individuals can significantly promote the initiation of their entrepreneurial ideas through learning of cognition and experience.When individuals can break their original entrepreneurial framework through learning,their entrepreneurial intentions are significantly enhanced,and the impact of strengthening entrepreneurial information mining on entrepreneurial intentions becomes relatively weak.
