摘要 针对深度水处理工艺中的活性炭,采取"多厂家,多材质"的选炭方式,根据活性炭供应厂家的企业规模、生产能力及近3年的业绩和经营状况等,从全国各大活性炭供应厂家中选取7家共计21种活性炭样品进行盲样优选试验。通过活性炭静态吸附试验和动态吸附试验,结合活性炭的强度参数,综合评价活性炭的性能,确定选用压块破碎炭,为类似水厂深度处理改造工程的活性炭选用提供参考。 Aiming at activated carbon in advanced water treatment process,a"multi-manufacturer,multi-material"carbon selection method is adopted,based on enterprise scale,production capacity,and performance and operating conditions in the past three years of activated carbon supplier.Seven active carbon samples totaling 21 types from the major active carbon suppliers across the country are selected for blind sample optimization experiments.Through activated carbon static adsorption experiment and dynamic adsorption experiment,combined with strength parameters of activated carbon,performance of activated carbon is comprehensively evaluated.Crushing block carbon is determined.It provides reference for the selection of active carbon for similar reconstruction project of WTP.
