国内地下式污水处理厂筹建模式及发展前景 被引量:11

摘要 随着我国城市化建设的高速发展,土地资源短缺和环境污染问题日益突出,改善污水处理项目的建设水平日趋重要。地下式污水处理厂凭借资源最小化和环境可持续这两大特点,近年来在我国得到快速发展。然而,城市化建设资金的不足以及其他基础设施建设投入的增加,为缓解政府的财政压力,多样的筹建模式被用来解决污水领域所面临的这一难题。文中通过对地下式污水处理厂进行全面调研分析,总结了国内地下式污水处理厂的筹建现状。同时,对地下式污水处理厂不同筹建模式的发展前景进行比较,明确了EPC+O和PPP模式将成为我国地下式污水处理厂筹建模式未来的主力军。 With the rapid development of urbanization in our country,the shortage of land resources and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent,and it is increasingly important to improve the construction level of wastewater treatment projects.Underground wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)have the characteristics of intensive land use,resource utilization and environmental friendliness,and have been rapidly developed in our country in recent years.However,due to the lack of funds for urbanization and the increase in investment in other infrastructure construction,in order to ease the government's financial pressure,a variety of preparation models have been used to solve this problem in the sewage field.This article summarizes the status quo of domestic underground WWTPs through a comprehensive investigation and analysis of underground sewage treatment plant WWTPs.At the same time,comparing development prospects of different preparation modes of underground sewage treatment plants WWTPs,it is clear that the EPC+O and PPP modes will become the main force in the future construction modes of underground WWTPs in our country.
