摘要
青岛城投娄山河水务有限公司二期工程采用VACOMASS■曝气精确分配与控制系统,系统已稳定持续运行1年以上。与没有使用VACOMASS■系统的一期工程进行比较,结果表明:二期生物池的3个曝气控制区的DO均可以稳定保持在DO设定值±0.5 mg/L,出水COD、氨氮和总氮稳定达到排放标准;二期的DO测量值更稳定,出水总氮下降35.6%,气水比下降12.8%。因此,VACOMASS■系统有助于提升污水处理厂的工艺稳定,并实现节能降耗,具有明显的环境效益和经济效益。
VACOMASS■air distribution and control system is applied in project Qingdao Loushanhe WWTP phase II.VACOMASS■system runs stable for more than a year.The phaseⅠproject without VACOMASS■system is compared with paseⅡ,results show that the DO-act of aeration control zone is controlled around the DO-set±0.5 mg/L by VACOMASS■system.Effluent quality of COD,NH3-N and TN are safe and stable.DO-act control result of Phase II is much better than Phase I.Effluent of TN is decreased 35.6%,and air-water ratio is decreased 12.8%.VACOMASS■system has obvious effect on the process stability and energy saving of a sewage treatment plant,and a significant economic benefit is achieved.
