不同类型清洗剂对垃圾渗滤液MBR反应器膜污堵的清洗效果

摘要 作为垃圾渗滤液深度处理的工艺之一,膜生物反应器(MBR)广泛应用于渗滤液的高效处理。然而,随着MBR处理的进行,MBR膜极易出现膜污堵的问题,导致MBR处理效率的下降。目前,市场上并无针对渗滤液处理的MBR膜污堵的清洗剂,而传统的单体药剂如盐酸、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸等对垃圾渗滤液MBR膜污堵的污垢清洗效果单一,无法彻底清洗MBR膜中的胶体、有机物、微生物等污染物。对某公司渗滤液处理系统中进入MBR膜的水源进行分析,MBR系统连续运行,待系统污堵后对污染物进行取样,并进行扫描电镜分析,确定MBR膜系统主要污染物,配置复合清洗剂对被污堵后的MBR膜进行清洗效果研究。最终,优化出针对该类渗滤液MBR膜污染的复合清洗剂,该清洗剂可恢复MBR膜性能至95%以上。 As one of the advanced treatment technologies for landfill leachate,membrane bio-reactor(MBR)is widely used for efficient treatment of landfill leachate.However,with the progress of MBR treatment,the membrane of MBR is easily polluted and blocked,which leads to the decrease of MBR treatment efficiency.At present,cleaning agent for MBR membrane fouling during leachate treatment process in market is scarce,and traditional agent monomers such as hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide,citric acid,etc.,exert single cleaning effect,are unable to thoroughly clean the contaminants such as colloid,organic matter,microorganism in polluted MBR membrane.Inflow water quality of MBR leachate treatment system of a company was analyzed through continuous operation of MBR system.To determine main pollutants of MBR membrane system,contaminants in polluted membrane after MBR treatment process were sampled and analyzed by scanning electron microscope,after then cleaning effects of four cleaning agents on polluted MBR membrane were explored.Finally,a complex cleaning agent for polluted MBR membrane of leachate was developed,and the cleaning agent could recover more than 95%of MBR membrane performance.
