摘要
根据《水污染防治行动计划》的要求,全国公共供水管网漏损率到2020年须控制在10%以内。为此,青浦自来水公司自2018年启动"青浦区供水管网DMA分区计量工程",通过实现分区计量、加强管网管理、降低管网漏损、提升抄表质量、增加水费收入、搭建信息化管理平台,建立绩效考核制等手段,管网漏损率已呈现下降趋势,但仍发现存在管网资料不清、分区划分待优化、局部地区供水压力不足或过高的问题。因此,针对现有情况制定了深化分区计量、推进DMA小区建设、数据中台建设、管网管理平台升级、管网风险在线监控、优化供水调度、提升调度能力等举措。
According to the requirements of Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan,leakage rate of national public water supply network must be controlled within 10%by 2020.To this end,Qingpu Water Supply Company has launched"Qingpu District Water Supply Pipe of the DMA Project"in 2018,through the realization of zone measurement,strengthening pipe network management,reducing pipe network leakage,improving meter reading quality,increasing water fee income,and building information,leakage rate of the pipeline network has shown a downward trend,but it is still found that there are problems such as inadequate pipeline network data,zoning division to be optimized,and insufficient or high water supply pressure in some areas.In the current situation,measures have been formulated to deepen district metering,promote DMA community construction,construct data center,upgrade pipeline network management platform,monitor pipeline network risk online,optimize water supply scheduling,and improve scheduling capabilities.
