摘要
"双一流"建设背景下,高校之间的竞争实际上就是人才的竞争。有效的激励机制可以激发教师的创造力和工作热情,进而达到提升高校人才实力、完善高校人才管理体制的效果。当下高校存在激励机制单一、激励机制与考核机制断层、正负激励不平衡、物质和精神激励不协调等问题。因此,高校应进一步丰富教师激励机制,有效衔接考核与激励两个环节,努力平衡正负激励两个方面,协调精神激励与物质激励两个层面,从而完善高校教师激励机制。
Under the background of"Double First-rate"construction,the competition between universities is actually the competition of talents.Effective incentive mechanism is beneficial to stimulating university teachers’creativity and work enthusiasm,and thus to achieve the purpose of enhancing the strength of talents.However,there are some problems in the current incentive mechanism of universities:unitary and invariable,isolated from the assessment mechanism,imbalanced between positive and negative incentives,and inharmonious between material and spiritual incentives.So solutions to those problems should be imposed urgently to improve the incentive mechanism for university teachers.
