爱尔兰应用型本科教师教学发展中心研究

摘要 全球高等教育本科学校的教师教学发展工作,通常会通过建立一个相关中心机构来有效提升校内教师的教学能力,帮助教师在专业方面不断进步。就我国应用型本科教师教学发展中心的建设情况而言,由于其工作开展时间较短,缺乏相关成功经验,在建设过程中存在各种问题与难点。如何有效健全应用型本科教师教学发展中心服务功能,增强其使用效果,已成为各大应用型高等院校教育改革的重要任务。该文以作者研修所在的爱尔兰卡洛理工学院为例,通过研究爱尔兰应用型本科校级教师发展中心的建设、运营特点,提出有益于我国应用型本科教师教学发展中心功能合理化建设的相关措施,对于促进我国应用型高校教师发展具有借鉴意义。 In the teaching development work of teachers in undergraduate universities of higher education in the world,a relevant central institution is usually established to promote the effective improvement of the teaching ability of teachers in the university and help teachers to make continuous professional progress.However,in terms of the construction of a teaching development center for applied undergraduate teachers in our country,due to the short working time and the lack of relevant successful experience,there are still various problems and difficulties in the construction process.So how to effectively improve the service function and enhance the use effect of the teaching development center for undergraduate teachers have become important tasks in the education reform of applied institutions of higher learning.Taking Institute of Technology Carlow as an example,this paper studies the construction and operation characteristics of the teaching development center for undergraduate teachers in Ireland,researches and summarizes relevant measures that are beneficial to the rationalization of the function of the teaching development center for applied undergraduate teachers in our country,with a view to providing reference for the development of teachers in applied undergraduate universities in China.
