摘要
在线教学改变了教,改变了学,改变了管,改变了教学形态,带来了诸多的变化。为了有效应对变化带来的挑战,同时也为了确保在线教学效果,该文尝试提出了"三管一导",即纪律管、同伴管、活动管和评价导。"三管一导"贯穿在线教学"课前""课中""课后"三环节,有刚性、有温情,相互依存、相互支持。它的实施,能确保在线教学的效果。
Online education leads to lots of changes in teaching,learning,management and modes.In order to effectively deal with the challenges brought by such changes and ensure the teaching effect,the paper puts forward such methods as discipline-aided learning,peer-aided learning,activity-aided learning and evaluation-guided learning.The methods,which depend on each other and support mutually,are full of strictness and warmth,running through the whole process of online education.The implementation of the methods can ensure the effect of online education.
