摘要 非现役文职人员是军队士官院校教学力量的重要组成部分。提升非现役文职人员岗位任职能力,对于全面提升军队士官院校的教学水平和教学质量、增强军队战斗力具有十分重要的作用。该文针对非现役文职人员在军队士官院校岗位任职能力方面的不足,深入分析产生的原因,探讨相应的解决措施。 Non-active civilian staff are an important part of the teaching force of military academies for non-commissioned officers.Improving the post-holding ability of non-active civilian staff plays a very important role in comprehensively improving the teaching level and quality of military academies for non-commissioned officers,and enhancing the combat effectiveness of the army.In view of the insufficient post-holding ability of non-active civilian staff in military academies for non-commissioned officers,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes,and discusses the corresponding solutions.
