This paper analyzes the necessity of the linkage of the"dual-qualification"teacher team of the intelligent automotive manufacturing specialty group under the current big data background,proposes the establishment of a linkage mechanism and model for the"dual-qualification"teacher team,requires strengthening the curriculum reform of intelligent automotive manufacturing,establishing a linked"dual-qualification"talent training system and a school-enterprise cooperation method,and proposes an evaluation and incentive mechanism for the"dual-qualification"teacher team of the intelligent automotive manufacturing specialty group,in order to provide certain reference for the training of"dual-qualification"teachers.
