Discussion on How to Play the Role of Counselors in the Coordination of Medical Care and Education:Taking Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical University as an Example

该文探索了医教协同专职辅导员在医教协同教学模式下,如何协调学校与医院之间的关系,通过医教协同教学模式改革,采用适合医教协同点学生的新式教学与管理制度,实现医学院与教学医院之间的资源共享,促进医教协同学生临床实践能力的提升,以达到医教协同的教学目的,培养符合社会发展的医学人才。

This paper explores full-time counselors’coordination of the relationship between the college and the hospital under the teaching model of coordination of medical care and education.Through the teaching model reform of the coordination of medical care and education,a new teaching and management system for students in places for the coordination of medical care and education was adopted,in order to realize the resource sharing between the medical college and the teaching hospital,and improve the clinical practice ability of students based on the coordination of medical care and education,thus achieving the purpose of the coordination of medical care and education,and cultivating medical talents suitable for social development.
