The Influence of the Thought of"Family,Family Education and Family Tradition"on the Cultivation of Secondary Vocational Students’Key Competencies in School Education

在中职学生的核心素养培养过程中,应积极发挥家庭的作用,结合学生家庭教育及家风对学生进行核心素养培养,形成家校合力,达到增强中职学生核心素养培养效果的目的。该文在分析家庭教育、家教及家风对中职学生核心素养培养影响的基础上,对发挥家庭、家教与家风对中职学生核心素养培养的影响作用、促进学校教育效果提升的方式进行了说明,发挥了学校的帮助作用、家长的主导作用。构建良好的家庭教育氛围,对学生核心素养的形成产生了重要影响,应从开展座谈会提高家长意识、引导家长创建良好的家庭教育环境及家风等方式入手,为学校核心素养教育提供帮助。

In the process of cultivating secondary vocational students’key competencies,the role of the family should be actively played in the cultivation of students’key competencies combined family education and family tradition,so as to form family-school joint force,and achieve the purpose of improving the key competencies of secondary vocational students.Based on the analysis of the influence of family,family education and family tradition on the cultivation of secondary vocational students’key competencies,this paper explains the ways to promote the improvement of school education effect by giving play to the role of family,family education and family tradition on the cultivation of secondary vocational students’key competencies,so as to give play to the supporting role of the school and the dominant role of parents,construct a good atmosphere of family education that exerts influence on the formation of students’key competencies.Specifically,it is necessary to provide help for the key competency education of schools starting from holding seminars to increase the awareness of parents,and guiding parents to create a good family education environment and family tradition.
