Evolution and Practice Path of the Ecological Civilization Thought of the Communist Party of China

中国共产党生态文明思想是在继承和升华马克思主义生态观、吸收和发展中国传统生态智慧、借鉴和批判西方生态思潮的基础上,通过不断实践探索、科学总结而形成的。从1921年建党到1949新中国成立为党的生态思想萌芽期,1949年到1978年为思想探索期,1978年到2012年为思想发展期,2012年十八大以来为思想成熟期,这几个阶段的生态文明思想一脉相承、赓续发展。中国共产党的生态文明思想具有时代性与历史性统一、理论性与实践性统一、民族性与世界性统一、人民性与价值性统一的理论特征,这是党的生态文明思想永葆科学性、先进性的根本保证。进入新时代,发展中国共产党生态文明思想必须坚持马克思主义的正确指导,不断推进生态文明思想的理论创新,持续推动“五位一体”总体布局的协调发展。

The ecological civilization thoughtof the Communist Party of China is formedthrough continuous practical exploration and scientific summary,on the basis of inheriting and sublimating Marxist ecological view,absorbing and developing Chinese traditional ecological wisdom,and critically drawing lessons from the western ecological trend of thought.The sprout period of the ecological thought of the Communist Party of China was from founding of the Communist Party of China in 1921 to founding of New China in 1949,the thought exploration period was from 1949 to 1978,the though development period wasfrom 1978 to 2012,and the though maturity period dated from the 18th National Congress in 2012.The ecological civilization of these periods followed each other,and developed continuously.The ecological civilizationthought of the Communist Party of China has some theoretical characteristics of the unity of times and history,the unity of theory and practice,the unity of nationality and world,and the unity of people and value,which is a fundamental guarantee that the ecological thought of the Communist Party of China will always be scientific and advanced.In the new era,development of the ecological thought of the Communist Party of China must adhere to correct guidance of Marxism,constantly promoting theoretical innovation of the ecological civilizationthought,and continuing to promote coordinated development of overall layout of the“Five-sphere IntegratedPlan”.
